How to read the ledger screen

Currently only the Items and Warehouse tabs are available.
The "Item" tab is the product information master that has arrived, and is automatically added when you perform the arrival work.You can also add it manually.
On the "Warehouse" tab, you can set map settings, shelves, and location tag positions.

How to set the item master

"Item" is a master (basic file) of product information.
"Item code", "Item name", and uniquely set items are displayed (in the image above, "Product management code" is the uniquely set item).
Product information can be registered manually or by "arrival" work.

Here's how to add it manually.

Click "New".

A pop-up screen will be displayed.
Click the green "+" at the bottom left.

A new line will be added, so enter the new item you want to add.
After entering, click "Save" and new product information will be added.

How to set the map

On the Warehouse tab, you can set the map and set the shelves and location tags as you like.

The red frame on the left is the name of the warehouse, and the red frame on the right is the map corresponding to each warehouse.

Below, set a new map.

Click "New".

A pop-up screen will be displayed.
Click the green "+" button at the bottom left.Click to bring up a new line where you can enter items.
The meaning of each input item is different

  • Name: Warehouse name
  • Remarks: Remarks information
  • real_width: Horizontal length of the actual warehouse
  • real_height: Vertical length of the actual warehouse
  • item_tag_filter: EPC code information for product tags
  • location_tag_filter: EPC code information for location tags

After entering, click "Save" at the bottom right.

You can now register a new map.
Click "New".

Please upload the svg format file prepared in advance.
(You can select the file by dragging and dropping the file or clicking the upload icon.)
Click “Next”.

You can narrow down the area you want to manage in the map.
Click “Next”.

Confirmation of the size of the warehouse.
If the numbers are correct, click "Next".

Map registration is complete.
Click the map to move to the shelf / position tag setting screen.

How to read the shelf and position tag setting screen

Click the map to move to the shelf / position tag setting screen.

① Warehouse name
 Displays the warehouse name for which you want to set the shelf and location tags.

② Return to the previous state
 Cancels the operation and returns to the previous state.

③ Shelf creation
 Create a new shelf.

④ Trash can
 Delete shelves and location tags.

⑤ Position tag creation, position tag selection mode
 You can set a new position tag by dragging and dropping.Click this button to enter the mode to modify the position tag.

⑥ Enlargement / reduction
 Enlarge / reduce the map.Press and hold to zoom in / out continuously.

⑦ Copy and paste
 Copy and paste the shelves.

⑧ Shelf size (horizontal x vertical) setting
 You can set the size of the newly installed shelf in "Horizontal x Vertical".

⑨ On / Off of Snap function
 On / Off is a function that automatically brings the shelves closer to each other when the shelves are placed next to each other.

⑩ Number of shelves and position tags
 Displays the number of installed shelves and position tags.

⑪ Map change
 Replace only the background map image.The shelves and location tags remain intact.

⑫ Save, cancel
 Save your settings.Click Cancel if you do not want to save.

⑬ Map
 This is a map.

How to set the shelf

Installation of shelves

Enter the size of the shelf you want to install (horizontal x vertical) in meters.

Drag and drop it toward the place where you want to place the shelf.
(Position tags in the shelf are automatically numbered sequentially)
After the installation is complete, click "Save" in the upper right.

The shelves registered on the inventory screen will be reflected.
The shelves can be moved by dragging and dropping even after they have been placed once.

 

Rotate, move, and resize shelves

If you press and hold the shelf, it will look like the upper screen.

① If you move while pressing the "Rotate" icon, the shelf will rotate.
 You can also rotate the shelves by changing the "rotation" number.

(XNUMX) You can freely change the position of the shelf by changing the value of "x, y".
 You can also move the shelves by dragging and dropping the shelves.

③ You can freely change the size of the shelf by changing the value of "w, h".

 

Delete shelves

If you want to delete a shelf, select (click) the shelf you want to delete and drag and drop it into the Trash.
Then click "Save" in the upper right corner.

Copy of shelves

Select (click) the shelf you want to copy and click the copy icon (you can also select multiple shelves).

Click the paste icon.
The copied shelves are displayed on the map.
Then click "Save" in the upper right.

How to set the position tag

Installation of position tags

Drag and drop the position tag icon toward the shelf to which you want to add the position tag.
(Position tags are automatically numbered in sequence.)
Then click "Save" in the upper right corner.

 

Move position tag


You can move it by setting the position tag setting mode and dragging and dropping the position tag.

 

Delete location tag

Click the position tag icon to enter the mode for setting the position tag (it makes it easier to operate the position tag).

 

Drag and drop the position tag you want to delete to the Trash.
Then click "Save" in the upper right corner.

 

Change position tag number

① Click the position tag icon to enter the position tag setting mode (the tag number of ③ is displayed).
② Click the position tag.On the upper screen, I clicked "Position Tag 2".
③ In "Tag number", the number of the selected tag is displayed.Since "Position tag 2" is selected on the upper screen, "2" is displayed.

 

If you rewrite the tag number and click "Change", the number will change.This time, I changed it from "2" to "5".
(It cannot be changed to an existing position tag number.)

 

Search for location tags

① Click the position tag icon to enter the position tag setting mode.
(XNUMX) Enter the number you want to search for and click "Search".
③ The position tag of the entered number glows red.
